The Milburn Quarter

The Cathedral Buildings offer a mixture of office and retail facilities, set in the unique decorative design dating back from the building’s construction in 1901. The buildings’ external appearance particularly stands out against the surrounding streetscape. The space within the building is a functional design offering views towards some of Newcastle’s best landmarks from the upper floors. The rear of the building faces directly onto St. Nicholas Cathedral where the infamous vampire hare statue overlooks the grounds from above the door. The building is easily accessible by many forms of transport with nearby rail, Metro, and bus stations. The Dean Street car park enables motorists to park near the building.
